About the role

Our HR team, composed of 2 people, is integrated within the Site HR Department of Lyon Aubervilliers, which brings together approximately 400 administrative and R&D employees. We focus on supporting employees, talent management, and skills development, in close collaboration with the French HR Department.

As an HR Apprentice, you will work in tandem with another apprentice.

You will be responsible for:

  • HR management of the internship and apprenticeship process: setting up contracts and agreements, administrative management, payroll processing, contacts with the OPCO, onboarding and welcome process for new arrivals, daily follow-up, monitoring and declaration of the apprenticeship tax.

  • Participation in the management of the training plan: Gathering needs, arbitration, searching for training, registrations with various organizations, organizing in-house training.

  • Participation in various HR projects throughout the year: employment and skills management:

  • Participation in GPEC (Skills and Employment Management): Participation in the annual salary review process, organization of employee integration, maintaining the HR intranet for the establishment, DOETH declarations, etc.

  • HR Reporting: Analysis of HR data, preparation of summary presentations, sickness monitoring, etc.

  • Support for HR administrative management and Social Relations.

  • Support for events organized by the establishment (safety day, Disability & Diversity day, site life, etc.) and HR communications (mailing, Manager meetings, etc.)

We offer a 12 or 24-month apprenticeship contract starting in September 2026, based on a hybrid work model, combining on-site presence and remote work.

About you

You are pursuing a Master 1 or 2 in Human Resources or an equivalent degree from a Business School.

You ideally have previous experience in human resources management (internship, apprenticeship).

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google collaborative tools.

  • Ability to analyze numerical data (payroll processing and data analysis to be performed).

  • Excellent writing skills.

Qualities:

  • Rigor and organization. Adaptability and responsiveness (Priority management).

  • Interpersonal skills and team spirit. Autonomy and proactivity.

  • English: Professional level (written and spoken), to write messages and support professional conversations and presentations.

About the salary

  • Compensation to be defined according to the criteria for apprenticeship and professionalization contracts, taking into account the candidate's age and level of study.

  • A 13th month's salary, prorated to your time spent in the company.

  • A Holiday Bonus of €870, prorated to your time spent in the company.

  • Profit-sharing/participation.
