Context
Within Customer Experience & Commercial Transformation (CXCT), our ambition is to elevate customer experience and accelerate commercial transformation. To succeed sustainably, we must manage data risks while staying customer-centric.
Reporting line
Position embedded in the CXCT team; close interactions with Cybersecurity, Data Risk, Data Protection Office, business domains and IT/Business stakeholders.
Your role
Ensure CXCT activities comply with applicable regulations and security standards; drive the adoption of privacy & security frameworks and act as a key point of contact for teams.
Your missions
- Lead data risk management (privacy, security, classification) across CXCT and promote the appropriation of standards by teams.
- Support projects in deploying the privacy and risk framework.
- Assess data risks, define action plans and track execution with stakeholders (Cybersecurity, Data Risk, Data Protection Office).
- Support, with dedicated teams, data breach handling and incident management.
- Define and enforce privacy & security policies aligned with regulations and internal standards; act as Privacy Champion.
- Ensure project compliance (including compliance with Golden Rule #0).
- Raise awareness, train teams and embed compliance in day-to-day operations.
Your profile
- Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and security/risk standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, EBIOS RM).
- 10+ years' experience in governance/data, including leadership in multicultural environments.
- Experience working with top management and implementing privacy & security controls in complex, cross-functional contexts.
- Strong leadership, management and communication skills with the ability to influence the ecosystem.
- Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams (IT/Cyber, Legal, Domains, Business).
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
