Job Description

Reporting to the Head of People, you will work closely with managers and teams to:

  • Support the company's growth
  • Assist managers with human resources challenges
  • Support collective performance
  • Develop talent
  • Structure and improve our HR practices

You will be involved in the entire employee lifecycle with a hands-on, field-oriented approach.

Main Missions

Talent Acquisition & Team Growth

You will play a key role in the growth of Lucky Cart's teams:

  • Assist managers in defining their needs
  • Manage recruitment end-to-end
  • Optimize sourcing methods and recruitment tools
  • Contribute to the Talent Acquisition strategy
  • Structure and coordinate onboarding processes
  • Contribute to the visibility of the Lucky Cart employer brand

Employee Support

You will be a primary HR contact for the teams:

  • Answer HR questions and support the employee journey
  • Participate in performance and people reviews
  • Follow up on annual and semi-annual interviews
  • Support internal development and mobility
  • Manage offboarding processes (exit interviews, knowledge transfer)

Manager Partner

You will support managers with their human resources challenges:

  • Provide daily HR advice
  • Monitor individual and collective performance
  • Identify skill needs
  • Raise awareness of good HR practices

Talent Development

You will actively participate in upskilling teams:

  • Monitor individual development plans
  • Identify and implement training programs
  • Participate in development and growth programs

Culture & People Experience

You will help foster the Lucky Cart culture:

  • Promote and embody company values
  • Participate in animating the Lucky Team
  • Contribute to an engaging and inclusive work environment

HR Projects & Structuring

You will contribute to projects that structure the HR function:

  • Contribute to cross-functional HR projects (CSR, diversity, inclusion, QWL, disability)
  • Monitor and analyze HR indicators:
    • Turnover
    • Engagement
    • Absenteeism
    • Payroll
  • Participate in reporting obligations (BDESE, social report, HR reporting)
  • Continuously improve HR processes

Candidate Profile

Experience

You have a successful track record (minimum 5 years) in a generalist HR or HRBP role, ideally in a tech, digital, or scale-up environment.

Education

Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Human Resources, Management, Work Psychology, or equivalent.

  • Recruitment management

  • HR project management

A good understanding of French labor law is expected. Knowledge of the Syntec convention is a plus.

  • Salary: €40k - €45k + Personal Bonus (5%)
