Your Impact
As a Software Engineer you will:
- Design and implement robust software solutions that accelerate research workflows and improve data analysis capabilities
- Lead technical decision-making for key projects, ensuring scalable and maintainable architectures
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a strong engineering culture
- Set technical standards and drive adoption of best practices across the team
- Support and collaborate with other teams to optimize workflows and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Advocate for best engineering practices.

Technical Requirements
- Experience with one or more of the major cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Infrastructure as Code -- Terraform, AWS CDK, or similar
- Proficiency in JavaScript / Node.js
- Proficiency in React or similar framework
- Experience building and maintaining microservice architectures, designing APIs, and cloud security best practices knowledge
- CI/CD practices and DevOps principles

A fixed salary over 12 months, supplemented by a short-term incentive, as well as a collective variable compensation based on Sanofi Group results.

Your background
- 5+ years of experience (or equivalent knowledge). If you feel qualified, apply regardless of years of experience!
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience is a plus.

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is: €64,000.00 - €85,333. Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors.
