We're launching a new phase of growth 💜 and we're looking for a Recruitment Consultant with an active client portfolio who can make an impact from day one.

What you'll do

This is a hybrid role combining:

60% Business Development

• Prospect and win new clients (Life Sciences + beyond)
• Build and grow your own client portfolio
• Lead client meetings and negotiations
• Define your own go-to-market strategy

40% Recruitment Delivery

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Source and engage top talent (LinkedIn, direct approach, networks)
• Conduct interviews and present candidates
• Drive offers, negotiations, and onboarding

What we're looking for

• 3--5+ years in agency recruitment
• Existing client portfolio (must-have)
• Strong business development mindset (hunter mentality)
• Proven ability to manage full recruitment cycles
• Confident communicator with commercial edge
