We're looking for a hands-on Business Operations to transform how Ringover drives revenue. You'll optimize processes, streamline tools, and enable Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to perform at their best---all while shaping the customer journey.

What You'll Do:

• Redesign Sales, CSM, and Support processes for efficiency and impact.
• Administer and optimize Salesforce and other tools.
• Turn data into actionable insights to drive growth.
• Train and support teams to adopt new tools and processes.
• Lead cross-functional projects from start to finish.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years in Revenue or Business Operations (startup/scale-up experience a plus).
• Salesforce Admin experience (mandatory).
• Autonomous, proactive, and collaborative problem-solver.
• Fluent French + professional English
• Strong data analysis and project management skills.
