Our client is a high-growth, leading e-commerce logistics provider currently driving rapid global expansion. They are scaling their international footprint and seeking an entrepreneurial sales leader to pioneer growth across the Europe market.
Position Overview
As the Business Development Manager for Korea, you will execute localised market sales strategies to enhance brand value and market influence. Aligning with corporate strategic planning, you will deeply analyze market dynamics, identify high-value client needs, and manage the complete client relationship lifecycle. This role requires a data-driven approach to monitor BD effectiveness, adjust strategies dynamically, and deliver results within an agile startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Management: Actively develop and maintain new regional clients in Europe, nurturing strong customer relationships to build lasting client rapport and loyalty.
- End-to-End Sales Ownership: Seamlessly manage the entire sales lifecycle from initial outreach and solution pitching down to final payment collection.
- Target Achievement: Execute personal and regional sales plans to successfully achieve annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing targets.
- Tailored Solutions & Pricing: Partner closely with the internal pricing department to formulate commercial pricing and integrate customized solution modules based on client needs and operational costs.
- Market Intelligence: Proactively gather and deliver local market insights to assist the broader global team in deeply understanding and penetrating new regional markets.
- Brand Benchmark Building: Deeply engage with industry-leading clients to drive business model innovation, establish market benchmarks, and elevate the company's service reputation.
Required Knowledge & Experience
- Mandatory Domain Expertise: You must possess verified sales experience within B2C cross-border e-commerce logistics.
- Logistics Background: Proven sales experience in international express companies, international freight forwarding, or export cross-border e-commerce logistics.
- Product Knowledge: Strong familiarity with export air freight, overseas warehousing, local distribution, and dedicated parcel line service.
- Market Development Track Record: Hands-on experience in local market development alongside comprehensive familiarity with European cross-border logistics or e-commerce landscape.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional logical thinking, robust business negotiation abilities, excellent communication skills, and a distinct customer service mindset.
- Mindset & Adaptability: Highly self-driven, capable of managing pressure, possessing excellent sales process management skills, and excited to work within a startup company structure.
- Work Eligibility: Must hold a valid work visa for Europe and be fully equipped to work remotely.
