About the Role
Within the Acquisition and Retention Marketing team and as CRM & Customer Loyalty Marketing Manager, you will be at the heart of our Customer Marketing, our weekly campaigns, and product launches.
Your role? Tell the right story, in the right place, at the right time. You will lead campaigns from A to Z, configure and track communications, stimulate engagement through creative actions, and use data to maximize impact. Whether it's testing new ideas or boosting customer engagement, you will contribute to growing our customer base and retaining them.
Responsibilities
- Drive the orchestration of CRM campaigns for clients on Marketing Cloud: targeting, segmentation, personalization, calendars, marketing pressure.
- Develop and optimize automated customer journeys according to their life cycle: onboarding, reactivation, loyalty.
- Develop and create various content for multichannel marketing actions: videos, testimonials, infographics, webinars, emails, social media posts, in-app pendo messages.
- Create and supervise content for clients: newsletters, Welcome Packs, web pages, case studies, product updates, webinars, success stories.
- Identify and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities across different client segments.
- Transform customer insights and usage data (NPS, CSAT, usage rate) into concrete marketing actions.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to define growth objectives by client segment.
- Analyze performance and define KPIs for campaigns carried out (post-mortem, test&learn) and implement corrective actions if necessary.
- Ensure competitive intelligence of market players.
- Participate in the animation of the monthly operational Client Life Plan committee.
Required Profile
- Graduate of a Bac 3 program (Business School or equivalent), ideally specializing in marketing, relational marketing, or customer experience.
- Knowledge of a CRM tool (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Brevo, Hubspot, Salesforce, Mailchimp...).
- Proactive, autonomous, curious, analytical, with strong interpersonal skills for inter-departmental collaboration.
- You wish to evolve in a B2B environment, appreciate cross-functional projects, and have a strong interest in technology.
- You have strong writing, synthesis, and presentation skills in French.
- Operational English level.
