Responsibilities
- Lead and develop TSC Managers across multiple countries.
- Ensure operational excellence across all our technical center activities: maintenance, configuration, logistics, stock management, and reverse logistics.
- Guarantee compliance with ISO 13485, GCP, and the quality requirements of ours clients (sponsor/CRO).
- Deploy harmonized standards and methods in collaboration with the Technical & Methods Department.
- Drive the sustainability roadmap to reduce carbon footprint and optimize operational flows.
- Promote continuous improvement and multi-site efficiency through Lean Management practices.
Profile
- Master's degree in biomedical engineering, industrial engineering, maintenance, quality, or supply chain.
- Proven experience in international management and multi-site technical operations.
- Strong knowledge of regulated environments (ISO 13485, GCP) and ERP/WMS systems.
- Recognized leadership with the ability to manage multicultural teams remotely.
- Rigorous in documentation, results-oriented, and analytically minded.
- Fluent in English (daily international interactions); additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
