The Opportunity
We are seeking software developers, system administrators, and other technical professionals experienced with AI models via cloud platforms to join an upcoming research project. We aim to understand your real-world experience integrating AI APIs into applications and workflows.
This project is open to a wide range of practitioners, including:
- Developers and system administrators integrating Claude (Anthropic), OpenAI (GPT models), and Google Gemini via Amazon Bedrock, Google Cloud Vertex AI, or Microsoft Azure AI.
- Developers and system administrators working with other leading AI APIs via cloud platforms or direct API access.
Note: This is a "bench" model. Verifying your credentials makes you eligible for high-level research tasks as they become available. Access is contingent upon project demand and professional profile matching.
What You'll Bring
- Active experience as a software developer or system administrator professionally working with AI APIs.
- Hands-on integration of AI models via cloud platforms (e.g., Amazon Bedrock, Google Cloud Vertex AI, Microsoft Azure AI) or direct API access.
- Practical knowledge of embedding AI capabilities (such as Claude, GPT, or Gemini models) into applications or automated workflows.
- Comfort discussing technical implementation details, challenges, and decisions from your daily work.
What You'll Be Doing
- Completing a paid screener to assess your background and suitability for specific research tasks.
- Participating in AI-moderated interviews via Listen Labs (primary research method).
- Completing qualitative surveys via Qualtrics.
- Potentially participating in live interviews with the research team.
Nice To Have
- Familiarity with multiple AI providers or models within the same workflow or organization.
- Experience with RAG pipelines, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, or AI agent frameworks.
- Involvement in evaluating or selecting AI platforms for enterprise use.
