Project Management Associate

We are looking for a Project Management Associate to help us coordinate software projects for our growing list of clients. Our partner is a major logistics provider, and many of our current tasks involve building custom tracking and inventory dashboards for their regional hubs. As a Project Management Associate, you will help our developers and the client stay on the same page regarding tasks, timelines, and technical requirements. This is a full-time, fully remote position where you will get to see how software is actually planned and delivered from start to finish.

The Role

In this role, your primary focus is keeping our projects moving. You will attend the weekly demos to take notes on client feedback and turn those notes into tasks for the developers. A large part of the job involves checking in on progress to ensure we are meeting our internal milestones. You will also help maintain our documentation, ensuring that every piece of software we hand over has a clear guide for the client team.

Because we are a remote company, clear written communication is the heart of what you will do. You will be drafting updates for clients, refining task descriptions in our tracking tools, and helping to identify potential hurdles before they cause delays. You will spend your day translating client needs into actionable steps for the engineering team and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks during the development cycle.

You do not need to be a software engineer, but you should have a basic understanding of how websites and databases work. You should be comfortable asking questions when a technical explanation does not make sense to you.
