Mission: Head of Brand

The Head of Brand is responsible for the development, consistency, and performance of the brand. This role defines the brand strategy, manages the associated marketing plan, and coordinates internal expertise to drive growth, enhance brand desirability, and develop business performance.

1. Brand Strategy and Performance

  • Define and evolve the strategic positioning of the LALALAB brand within the group's marketing strategy.
  • Set the brand's strategic priorities and medium- to long-term development axes, particularly by strengthening website development alongside the app, currently the primary point of contact.
  • Oversee the brand's overall performance and its contribution to revenue by optimizing the effectiveness of marketing investments.
  • Manage the brand's marketing budget and arbitrate investments across different channels.

2. Marketing Plan and Brand Activations Management

  • Define and manage the brand's global marketing plan, aligning with business objectives and key commercial periods.
  • Orchestrate internal expertise (Studio, Data, CRM, SEO, SEA, etc.) to ensure the implementation and performance of marketing initiatives.
  • Guarantee the consistency of marketing activations across the app and website for all European markets.
  • Contribute to structuring projects related to the brand (platform evolutions, products, tools, etc.).

3. Brand Awareness and Image Development

  • Define and manage the strategy for developing brand awareness and image.
  • Design and orchestrate communication initiatives (branding, influence, social media, partnerships, content) and monitor their performance.
  • Ensure the consistency of brand identity and expression across all touchpoints (website, app, campaigns, content).
  • Monitor the performance of initiatives and identify opportunities for brand development.

4. Leadership and Brand Team Management

  • Manage and develop the team dedicated to the LALALAB brand (Digital Merchandising & Campaign, Social Media & Influencer, DACH development).
  • Define priorities, structure action plans, and ensure the quality of execution for marketing activations.
  • Unite internal teams around the brand's vision and strategy.

Ideal Profile

  • Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) in Marketing, Communications, or Business School.
  • Experience: 10-12 years in digital marketing or brand management, preferably in a mobile-first or app-centric environment.
  • Skills: Proven ability to manage brand strategies and global marketing plans, strong data and performance culture, experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and aligning marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Language: Fluent English is essential.

Recruitment Process

  1. Initial phone or video call with HR.
  2. If successful, an interview with the HR Manager, Marketing Director, and General Director.
