Our client is a fast-growing French fintech reshaping B2B payments and embedded finance across Europe.

Founded in 2018, the company solves one of the biggest pain points in B2B transactions: payment terms. La mission

As a Strategic / Enterprise Account Executive, your mission will be to identify, open, develop and close strategic enterprise opportunities across Europe. This is a highly strategic and hands-on hunting role. You will work closely with the Head of Sales and cross-functional teams to build pipeline from scratch, drive executive conversations and close complex enterprise deals.

High missions

  • Build and execute a strategic commercial plan across Europe
  • Identify and open high-potential enterprise accounts
  • Develop outbound pipeline from scratch
  • Prospect vertical SaaS, marketplaces, PSPs, ERPs, procurement platforms, TMS ecosystems and enterprise merchants
  • Conduct executive-level conversations with CEOs, CFOs, founders and payment leaders
  • Understand clients' business models, payment flows and financing needs
  • Structure relevant embedded finance use cases
  • Build business cases and quantify commercial opportunities
  • Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
  • Coordinate internally with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Product, Finance and Implementation teams
  • Negotiate and close strategic deals
  • Bring market insights back to the business to improve positioning, ICP and product roadmap

Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales (with 3 years min. as an account executive full cycle)
  • Mandatory background in: fintech, PSP, payments, ERP, procurement, financial infrastructure, working capital solutions, enterprise SaaS
  • Strong experience managing long and complex sales cycles (3 to 18 months)
  • Proven ability to sell to C-level stakeholders
  • Strong hunting and pipeline creation capabilities
  • Experience building pipeline from scratch

Languages

Two hires are planned:

  • One native English speaker
  • One native French speaker

Additional European languages are a strong plus: German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian or Polish.

Location & Remote Policy

  • Ideally based in Paris or London

Package

  • Fixed salary up to €80k
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Total compensation can exceed €150k+
