Partner Development Director -- France
The Role
We're supporting a fast-growing enterprise software business, and they're looking for a dynamic Partner Development Director to build out the partnerships and channel function in France. This is the first in-country hire, giving you the chance to define the strategy, engage top partners, and shape the business presence from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end commercial growth through channel and partner development
- Build and execute a country partner plan across ERP, FinTech, e-invoicing, and tax advisory firms
- Recruit, onboard, and activate strategic partners with enablement, playbooks, and joint account plans
- Run a repeatable co-sell and partner pipeline engine (deal registration, joint planning, co-marketing campaigns)
- Build local reference customers and partner-led case studies
- Represent the business at industry events and forums, acting as the in-country spokesperson
- Feed market intelligence back to global leadership and manage forecasting/pipeline reporting
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in partner/channel sales, alliances, or enterprise business development in ERP, FinTech, or e-invoicing/tax tech
- Experience building out a partnerships or channel function, including recruiting and activating partners
- Strong commercial skills: pipeline creation, forecasting discipline, and closing complex partner-led opportunities
- Native or fluent French with strong English communication
- Exceptional SaaS candidates considered if experience is relevant
The Package
- €120,000--€150,000 base salary
- 50% on-target earnings (OTE)
- Fully remote
