What you'll do
- Write user documentation for automation systems
- Create implementation guides and playbooks
- Document technical processes and architectures
- Develop training materials for client teams
- Edit and improve existing documentation
- Collaborate with engineers to understand technical details

What we're looking for
- 3+ years writing technical documentation or content
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Experience with documentation tools (Notion, Confluence, etc.)
- Self-directed and able to work independently
- Bonus: Technical background or experience with automation/APIs
