Role Overview
As the Global Media Assistant, you will be instrumental in establishing and managing an internal communications portal for the Moët Hennessy media and marketing community. This portal will serve as a central reference point for Maison HQs and local market teams, aiming to share best media practices and enhance visibility for global media projects and initiatives.
We are seeking a 12-month apprentice to start in September 2026. The role also involves supporting the day-to-day coordination between our 25 Maisons and 40+ Markets, contributing to a dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities
1) Coordination:
- Assist in organizing and scheduling global meetings with various stakeholders, including internal media teams (Maisons & Markets) and external agencies/partners.
- Distribute meeting agendas to ensure productive discussions and compile meeting summaries, detailing key decisions and action items.
2) Research and Analysis:
- Research emerging marketing and media trends (e.g., creative content, influencers, technological innovations) with a focus on the luxury and wine & spirits industries.
- Leverage external resources (WARC, WFA, Adweek) and internal data (campaign reports, SOV studies, dashboards) to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
3) Communication Support:
- Assist in drafting and editing internal communications, including content for the Global Media Sharepoint, Teams Channel, and/or Newsletter.
- Maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders via email, Teams, and Inspire.
Profile
Languages
- Fluent spoken and written English required; French proficiency preferred.
- Other languages are a plus.
Education
- Currently enrolled in a graduate or post-graduate degree program in a relevant field (Luxury Marketing, Communications & Media).
- Consideration will be given to other fields of study if skills and experience are relevant.
Personal & Interpersonal Skills
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Curiosity and passion for the media sector; basic understanding of media channels and market trends is advantageous.
- Interest in the Luxury and Wine & Spirits industries.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a proactive approach to contributing to team success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Teams is beneficial.
