Role Overview
Within the Communication and Operational Marketing Department, we are currently seeking a Senior Operational Marketing and Communication Officer.
Purpose
Reporting to the Director of Communication and Operational Marketing, you will be responsible for operational marketing and communication tools and levers, and will oversee projects related to these activities. You will design and produce on- and offline operational marketing materials (presentations, sales pitches, emailings, newsletters, etc.) to support the sales activities of the various business lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify the needs of Sales Departments and various company departments.
- Gather necessary information from the Product Department (product evolutions or innovations, pricing, services, acceptance procedures, etc.).
All tools must align with the objectives of each business line:
- For brokerage distribution: Support the recruitment of new active insurance intermediaries (implementing tools and actions, and monitoring results), as well as the diversification strategy by increasing the product mix in the provident segment.
- For affinity partnerships: Contribute to being considered for tenders, particularly through tools that highlight our expertise and the benefits for companies to offer these insurance products.
Events
- Ensure the smooth running of professional trade shows, in coordination with the person in charge of logistical organization within the Communication team and the Sales teams.
- Manage the communication for client roadshows organized by the Sales teams.
Social Media and PR
- Propose the social media (LinkedIn) schedule and posts, and ensure the calendar is adhered to.
- Contribute to the advertising schedule and PR follow-up.

Required Skills
- Higher education (minimum Bac+4) in Marketing-Communication.
- Proven successful experience of 3-4 years in this field. Knowledge of the insurance sector is a plus but not mandatory.
- Agile and curious, you demonstrate energy and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization.
- You have a strong team spirit and are passionate about communication and its business impact.
- Your organizational skills and rigor will be key assets for success in this role, enabling you to successfully manage numerous projects and actions concurrently.
- You possess excellent written and spelling skills in French, essential for this position, and you are proficient in English (working language with the Group).
