A Day in the Life

Saisissez l'opportunité d'être à la pointe de l'avenir de l'électrophysiologie. Pour notre équipe Training & Education -- Western Europe, au sein de la division Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS), nous recherchons un(e) Spécialiste Formation dédié(e) à notre système de cartographie et d'ablation Affera™, qui intègre des cathéters d'ablation de pointe, des systèmes avancés de cartographie cardiaque et des solutions d'électrophysiologie (EP) traditionnelles. Ce poste est basé en France et s'exerce en télétravail, avec des déplacements réguliers en France et en Europe de l'Ouest.

Dans ce rôle, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement et le renforcement des compétences des équipes terrain et des clients en électrophysiologie, ainsi qu'en systèmes de cartographie et de navigation, en vous appuyant sur une variété de stratégies et de canaux de formation orientés performance. Vous reporterez au Senior Training and Education Manager Western Europe et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes d'Europe de l'Ouest.

Les responsabilités peuvent inclure les éléments suivants et d'autres tâches peuvent être assignées

• Planifier, développer, déployer et coordonner des programmes de formation produits internes destinés aux équipes de support terrain et aux clients, en recueillant les informations nécessaires à la préparation des programmes de formation, en élaborant les supports pédagogiques, en développant le contenu des cours, en définissant les méthodologies et en coordonnant le développement des outils de formation;

• S'assurer que les programmes de formation répondent aux objectifs de l'entreprise et des clients, maintenir une communication continue avec les clients afin de garantir l'efficacité des formations, s'appuyer sur des formateurs disposant d'une expertise technique, et réviser en permanence les supports et plans de formation afin de répondre aux nouvelles exigences et de maintenir les informations techniques à jour;

• Influencer de manière significative la conception des plans de formation liés aux nouvelles indications et aux lancements de produits, en cohérence avec la stratégie business, avec un fort accent mis sur les résultats fonctionnels;

• Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des programmes de formation créatifs et engageants pour les équipes commerciales terrain et les consultants techniques, ciblés, pertinents et orientés résultats, visant à renforcer les connaissances et compétences en électrophysiologie, en procédures et en thérapies d'ablation cardiaque, afin de permettre à l'organisation commerciale d'atteindre ses objectifs;

• Collaborer avec des équipes transverses (Marketing Produits, Ventes, Développement Produits, Services, Juridique, Qualité et Affaires Réglementaires) pour créer des programmes de formation, des cursus, des supports pédagogiques et des indicateurs de performance alignés sur les stratégies de la business unit, et conformes aux exigences réglementaires, aux systèmes qualité et aux standards de conduite des affaires;

• Démontrer l'efficacité des programmes de formation au moyen d'une évaluation systématique et d'une stratégie d'amélioration continue, et s'adapter rapidement à l'évolution des priorités afin de répondre aux besoins de l'entreprise.

Connaissances et expérience requises

• Diplôme Bac+5 en ingénierie biomédicale, ventes, marketing ou similaire;

• 5 ans d'expérience pertinente en environnement de laboratoire clinique, en formation clinique, ou en vente/support terrain dans le secteur des dispositifs médicaux;

• Expérience dans les systèmes de cartographie et de navigation 3D pour les procédures;

• Anglais et Français courant;

• Solides compétences en collaboration et inclusion, capacité à développer et entretenir des relations fortes avec les clients externes, et passion pour la conception et l'animation de formations à fort impact;

• Excellente connaissance des programmes de formation et d'éducation dans le domaine des dispositifs médicaux, incluant la conception de cursus et les processus de déploiement, avec la capacité de travailler de manière autonome et de générer un impact organisationnel significatif;

• Disponibilité pour des déplacements jusqu'à 60 % du temps de travail.
