ABOUT THE ROLE
As Commercial Lead France, you will be responsible for launching and developing our commercial activities in France. This is a highly entrepreneurial role combining business development, sales, customer relationship management, and onboarding coordination.
You will lead our commercial growth in France, developing long-term relationships with radiologists, imaging centers, hospitals, and key stakeholders while helping establish our company as a trusted partner in the French healthcare market.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating opportunities from the ground up and wants to play a key role in the growth of an innovative MedTech company.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the commercial development of our business in France.
- Generate, qualify, and close new business opportunities with hospitals, imaging centers, and radiology groups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with radiologists, healthcare providers, and key opinion leaders.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signature.
- Support customer onboarding and coordinate implementation activities with internal teams.
- Maintain engagement with existing customers and identify growth opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
YOUR BACKGROUND
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles within healthcare, MedTech, healthcare IT, SaaS, or software.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing new business opportunities.
- Experience selling to hospitals, imaging centers, radiology groups, or similar healthcare organizations, including navigating complex procurement and stakeholder environments.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and stakeholder engagement to negotiation and contract signature.
- Experience in radiology, medical imaging, imaging IT, AI in healthcare, or an established professional network within the French radiology ecosystem.
- Native French and professional English.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-growing environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of healthcare stakeholders.

- Compensation: This position offers a base salary of €75,000--€95,000 gross per year, plus variable compensation of up to €30,000 annually based on target achievement.
Please note: While this role is focused on the French market, our working language is English and interviews will be conducted in English.
