As part of strengthening our teams, we are looking for a Middleware / DevSecOps Engineer (H/F) capable of working autonomously in critical environments with high volumes. You will be at the heart of our clients' infrastructure and application teams to ensure the design, implementation, and operational maintenance of Middleware and Web platforms, while contributing to their modernization (automation, DevSecOps, resilience).

Here is an overview of your missions:

  • Ensure the DESIGN, BUILD, and RUN of Middleware and Web platforms: JBoss, Tomcat, WebSphere, WildFly, IIS, Apache, IHS, PHP.
  • Manage Middleware RUN according to ITIL processes, including incidents, changes, problems, and certificate lifecycle.
  • Implement and optimize supervision and performance: Zabbix, Dynatrace, ELK, JVM, APM, JVM tuning.
  • Guarantee the security and compliance of environments with CIS hardening, patch management, and PCI DSS and LPM audits.
  • Work on resilient production architectures: 2/3-tier, multi-site, VIP.
  • Automate and industrialize platforms using Ansible and CI/CD for installation, configuration, standardization, and RUN reduction.
  • Participate in containerized DevSecOps environments: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, ArgoCD, Helm.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a Middleware / DevSecOps Engineer (H/F) to join and support our clients' teams.

Required:

  • Essentials:

    • Solid Middleware & WEB culture (JBoss, Tomcat, WebSphere, WildFly, IIS, Apache, IHS) / IT Production.
    • RUN & ITIL: incidents, changes, problems.
    • Supervision & Performance: Zabbix, Dynatrace, ELK, JVM, APM.
    • Security: hardening, patch management, CIS, PCI DSS (appreciated).
    • Automation & DevOps: Ansible, Git, CI/CD.
    • Containers: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, ArgoCD, Helm.

  • Human and Professional Qualities:

    • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.
    • Good interpersonal skills for working within a multidisciplinary team.
    • Initiative and autonomy in task management.
