The Role

Within the IT department and reporting to the Head of the IT Merchandising Domain, you will be an IT Merchandising Project Manager.

The primary objective is to organize, manage, and lead IT projects supporting the brand's omnichannel development strategy. This includes standardizing product and store data internationally, as well as expanding and optimizing product assortments.

Projects

  • Deployment and optimization of new product launch processes
  • Implementation of new applications to optimize assortment management
  • Standardization of international product data and classification
  • Projects for managing quality and regulatory data
  • Distribution of product and assortment data within the client's data architecture to feed the entire client information system (BI, eCommerce, Point of Sale, etc.)

Responsibilities

Project Management:

  • Manage the organization and execution of projects (definition, governance, deliverables, action plan tracking, committee preparation, and facilitation)
  • Contribute to the definition, integration, and implementation of new solutions within the application architecture
  • Ensure the build and performance of developed solutions
  • Liaise with various technical partners involved in projects (software vendors, integrators, internal technical teams working on the solution)
  • Manage service providers and suppliers involved in project implementation

Your Profile

  • Master's degree from an engineering or business school
  • 5-8 years of experience in a consulting firm, with an integrator, or within an IT department
  • 2 years of experience in end-to-end IT project management, from business requirement gathering to delivery, including budget management
  • Proficiency in functional areas related to product lifecycle management, product assortment, or merchandising
  • Knowledge of software or tools related to PLM, SAP (MDM, MM, Product Master Data), PIM, GDSN
  • Understanding of application architectures and ability to perform SQL queries
  • Fluent English (occasional travel may be required)

Salary and Benefits

  • €70k-€78k + 10% Bonus + 10% Profit Sharing/Participation
