We're Hiring: Logistics Coordinator
📍 Remote (France) 🕒 Full-Time 💼 Level: Junior / Mid-Level
We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to oversee and optimize the movement of goods, materials, and information across the supply chain. This role is ideal for someone who excels at coordinating multiple processes, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners in a remote work environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Manage transportation schedules, shipping documentation, and order fulfillment processes
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to resolve logistics issues efficiently
- Track inventory levels and support inventory planning and replenishment activities
- Monitor logistics performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, transportation regulations, and customs requirements where applicable
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory movements, and logistics activities
- Support demand forecasting and supply chain planning initiatives
- Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks and disruptions
- Develop and maintain logistics reports, dashboards, and operational documentation
✅ Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, operations, or a related role
- Strong understanding of logistics processes, inventory management, and supply chain operations
- Experience working with ERP, warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), or similar tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis for reporting and operational tracking
- Knowledge of French and European Union transportation regulations and customs procedures is an advantage
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and external partners
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Fluent in English; French language skills are highly desirable
- Based in France with legal authorization to work full-time
