Responsibilities
- Build and maintain AI-driven workflows and agentic systems to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
- Write and maintain automation scripts in Python and/or JavaScript for routine operational tasks, data flows, and SaaS integrations
- Support IT operations including access provisioning, offboarding, troubleshooting, and system administration
- Document and standardize automation processes to ensure reliability and ease of use
- Identify repetitive tasks across the organization and propose automation-first solutions
- Collaborate with the senior engineer to test, iterate, and optimize AI tooling and integrations
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in IT, operations, or technical support roles, capable of independently handling routine tasks
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript for scripting and automation
- Hands-on experience with at least one automation platform (Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar)
- Active use of AI tools (LLMs, automation agents) in work or personal projects
- High ownership mindset with strong task management and problem-flagging skills
- Excellent written English for asynchronous communication
- Comfortable in remote, international environments and available to overlap with US business hours
- Nice to have: experience with Claude, Anthropic API, or MCP integrations; familiarity with SSO, RBAC, or SOC 2 concepts; startup or fast-paced tech environment experience
