Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Representative. The primary responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients through lead generation, managing inside sales efforts, and building relationships to foster business growth. The role also involves conducting outreach to prospective clients, following up with leads, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to meet and exceed performance goals. The Business Development Representative will play a key role in expanding client base and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Proficiency in Business Development and Sales strategies
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Prior experience in a sales or business development role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
