By joining hyffen, you will bring high-level SEO expertise and a transverse strategic vision, structure hyffen's methodologies, and impact projects without managing their operational aspects.

Onboarding

• We provide comprehensive onboarding during the first month to help you get to know the team, understand our processes, familiarize yourself with our tools, and start working with our Consultants.
• You will be accompanied by a "Mentor" who will be there to listen and support you in your integration.

Your daily tasks

1. SEO Methodologies & Standards

• Formalize and evolve hyffen's SEO standards.
• Design and improve methodological templates (audits, recommendations, roadmaps, strategic framing...).
• Structure differentiating SEO frameworks adapted to client challenges.

2. Knowledge Sharing and Expertise Dissemination

• Create clear, actionable, and educational SEO SOPs.
• Make complex SEO topics accessible.
• Train and support teams.
• Ensure the real adoption of methodologies.

3. Transverse Impact

• Impact projects through strategy, recommendations, and framing.
• Provide strategic support to SEO Consultants in charge of projects.
• Produce strategic SEO and GEO deliverables for the agency's clients in collaboration with Project Manager Consultants.
• Challenge, secure, and improve the quality of proposed SEO directions.

Your Profile

• You have at least 7 years of experience in SEO, agency and/or client-side.
• You possess recognized and in-depth SEO expertise and the ability to design innovative and differentiating SEO solutions.
• Your web culture and broader digital marketing knowledge impress your parents during family dinners.
• You master French and ideally English.
• You are recognized for your undeniable interpersonal skills; you always find the right words and know how to be heard without being overbearing.
• You thrive in the dynamic of teamwork, but also in the autonomous accomplishment of your tasks.

Recruitment Process

1. A video interview with our Recruiter to discuss projects, aspirations, and motivations.
2. An asynchronous SEO Q&A to get straight to the point.
3. A video interview with one of our SEO experts to discuss a past success and failure.
4. A "Business case" interview with Mathieu (CEO) and Océane (Head of Delivery) where you can demonstrate your strategic SEO capabilities.
