What you will do
Reporting to a Client Group Manager, you will manage a portfolio of clients by contributing to the development of commercial relationships and ensuring a level of service that meets the company's commitments.
Your responsibilities include:
- Processing client orders from entry to invoicing, ensuring reliable order information.
- Recording and handling complaints and disputes (quality issues, delivery, material returns, etc.).
- Collaborating with the sales and technical teams to ensure optimal information exchange and adherence to client commitments.
- Acting as an interface and/or coordinator with all stakeholders involved in the order chain (sales, credit, logistics, technical support) to ensure client satisfaction while safeguarding the company's interests. Maintaining the quality of commercial relationships with clients.
- Ensuring rigorous administrative management of discounts, invoices, and credit notes.
- Adhering to the procedures and operating rules defined within the department and the company.
- Providing reasoned, reliable, and precise responses to clients, especially in dispute situations (pricing, deadlines, quality), to maintain client trust.
- Proposing alternative solutions and persuading clients to use them to optimize client service.
- Using internal persuasion to obtain solutions in the client's best interest within the framework of critical situations or commercial stakes (supply, inventory, transport, etc.).
What will make you successful?
With a Bac+2 degree in commerce or logistics, you have at least 5 years of experience in client relationship management, ideally in a technical field.
You demonstrate rigor and strong communication skills, possess team spirit, and can tolerate pressure. Tenacious and reactive, you have good analytical, organizational, and persuasive abilities.
You have prior experience using SAP software.
English is a plus.
What we offer
- Permanent contract with an "Assimile-Cadre" status, working 36.25 hours per week with 9 days of RTT (time off in lieu) per year.
- Working hours: 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM, with a lunch break between 12:30 PM and 1:45 PM. On Fridays, 8:15 AM - 4:00 PM. Flexibility in working hours can be considered if necessary.
- 13-month salary, with a gross annual salary range of €28K to €30K, depending on profile.
- 2 days of remote work per week.
