Your Future Mission

Reporting to the Marketing / Communication department for the ASKEY / SAPA prefabricator brand, we are recruiting a Junior Product Manager on an apprenticeship basis starting September 2026 for a duration of 12 to 24 months.

Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager and in collaboration with the existing teams, your main responsibilities will include:

Monitoring and Analysis of Offerings and Products

  • Monitoring the offering: sales analysis, stock monitoring, and rationalization.
  • Defining price positioning and managing tariffs.
  • Analyzing product performance.

Communication and Customer Information Support

  • Creating and updating communication materials: presentations, product sheets, web content, newsletters, posters, technical catalogs.
  • Preparing information documents for clients.

Marketing Actions and Coordination

  • Managing and operationally monitoring daily marketing actions.
  • Coordinating between internal teams (sales, communication, digital, etc.) and external partners.

Specific Projects and Development

  • Managing projects related to the development of new products or services, as well as the improvement of existing ranges.
  • Creating presentation materials for our HSE, Circularity, and Low-Carbon Product policies: gathering information from internal experts and synthesizing it for communication according to the needs of major industrial clients.

About You

You are pursuing a Bac +3 to Bac +5 degree in Marketing, Business, or Project Management.

You have good interpersonal skills, enjoy teamwork with diverse profiles, and demonstrate rigor, communication skills, and curiosity for digital tools.

Your key qualities are organization, teamwork, and analytical skills.

You are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and general IT tools, which will allow you to gain skills in the group's ERP systems and e-communication tools.

Previous experience in marketing/communication would be a plus.

You will be required to use English in writing and occasionally orally.
