Role Description

This full-time Senior Consultant position with Howard Partners is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine, with an option for hybrid work, allowing some flexibility to work from home. The role involves providing strategic and operational consulting to clients, managing complex projects, and ensuring that human, technological, and organizational considerations are seamlessly integrated into solutions. The Senior Consultant will lead client engagements, analyze business challenges, and deliver actionable insights to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in strategic planning, operational management, and organizational development.
  • Experience with project management, change management, and process optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze complex data and generate insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
  • Working knowledge of technological solutions relevant to business innovation and transformation.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to both in-person and remote collaboration.
  • Advanced degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in both French and English is advantageous.
