Your Role

As an Independent Consultant for Hetmos / Hetestate / Hetwealth, you act as a trusted advisor and independent relationship partner for our target clients.

Your missions, depending on your expertise and network:

• Introduce Hetmos to business leaders, shareholders, investors, high-net-worth families or professional referrers.
• Identify opportunities:
  • Business disposals or acquisitions (M&A).
  • Strategic real estate transactions.
  • Complex wealth structuring matters.
• Qualify client needs and ensure a first level of relationship management until handover to our internal teams.
• Represent the Group with a level of posture, discourse and credibility aligned with the luxury environment.
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships with both your contacts and our organization.

Profiles Sought

We value networks and professional posture more than standard résumés.

Experienced Profiles

Consultants, business developers, bankers, real estate agents, wealth advisors, lawyers, accountants, family office advisors, executives.

• Strong active network of decision-makers, investors or high-level clients.
• Accustomed to working on confidential matters involving major financial stakes.

Junior Profiles Accepted

Early-career professionals, provided they are introduced or recommended to our target audience.

• Strong interpersonal skills, natural credibility, premium service mindset.
• Ability to open qualified doors, even without initial technical expertise.

No prior experience in M&A, real estate or wealth management is required: we train and support all our consultants in line with luxury-sector standards.
