Workflow Automation Assistant

We are looking for a Workflow Automation Assistant to support the internal systems that power our commercial advisory work. In this role, you will help our senior team reduce manual data tasks to prioritize high level decision support for our clients. This is a fully remote position where you will translate our manual research processes into efficient digital workflows.

What you will do

• Documenting step by step how our analysts gather information on counterparties and market trends to identify improvement areas.
• Identifying manual bottlenecks in our current research cycle and suggesting straightforward digital tools to solve them.
• Setting up simple automation routines to sync data between research databases and internal project documents.
• Testing various AI tools to determine which models provide the most accurate synthesis of large document sets.
• Cleaning and formatting data outputs to ensure they meet firm standards for client ready materials.
• Monitoring active workflows to ensure information flows correctly without errors or data loss.
• Assisting the team in adopting new templates and digital checklists to maintain consistency across different engagements.
• Collaborating with partners to ensure that automated outputs remain grounded in commercial reality.

What you bring
