AI Workflow Coordinator

We are looking for an AI Workflow Coordinator to manage the technical backbones of our current advisory engagements. Recently, we have taken on a significant project with a Paris-based client where we are assessing high-stakes investment pathways and partnership options. This role is fully remote and sits at the intersection of our commercial advisory work and the systems we use to process complex market data. You will support our partners by ensuring that the technology we use remains grounded in practical reality rather than just producing theoretical results.

What you will do

• Coordinate the data inputs and instructions used in our internal AI tools for market research.
• Verify the accuracy of AI-generated summaries against primary source documents to ensure factual integrity.
• Organize information about counterparties and competitors into clear, usable formats for senior advisors.
• Manage the documentation of internal workflows to maintain consistency across our remote teams.
• Assist in the preparation of briefing materials that reflect the current reality of the market.
• Monitor the performance of specific models to ensure they align with the firm's commercial judgment standards.
• Maintain clear logs of search queries and data extraction scripts for audit and review.
• Support the senior team by drafting initial research memos based on processed datasets.
