AI Operations Assistant

We are looking for an AI Operations Assistant to support our internal research teams and maintain the tools we use for commercial advisory. Gulf Associates specializes in helping chief executives and sovereign entities make complex decisions about capital deployment and new market entry. This is a permanent, full-time position that is entirely remote. You will help bridge the gap between technical AI capabilities and the practical logic of the deals we advise on every day.

What you will do

• Maintain and update the internal knowledge base that our AI agents use to draft preliminary research on counterparties and competitors.
• Clean and format raw data from market reports to ensure it remains usable for our scenario modeling tools and commercial assessments.
• Test and refine prompts to verify that automated summaries accurately capture the specific nuances of the territory where our clients operate.
• Monitor the daily output of automated trackers to spot immediate changes in competitor behavior or shifts in the regulatory environment.
• Support senior partners by organizing digital research assets and ensuring that all technical tools are ready for live negotiation sessions.
• Document the workflows we use to integrate AI outputs into our final advisory reports to ensure consistency across different projects.
• Collaborate with the wider support team to troubleshoot minor technical interruptions in our research software or data feeds.
• Update internal databases with the outcomes of recent deals and partnership decisions to improve future model accuracy.
