We offer you the opportunity to join our After-Sales Service Department within the After-Sales Service and Consumer Relations teams. They will train and support you in obtaining your diploma. This work-study program, lasting 12 to 24 months, is based in Ecully (69) and is available from September 2026.

As a work-study student -- PMO Customer Experience Transformation within the SEB Group, you will discover and learn the trade from A to Z alongside experienced professionals.

Projects Assigned Will Be:

• Assist the Head of Performance Improvement in her various transformation projects
• Rethink and design the consumer experience
• Implementation of new tools (selfcare), optimization of customer journeys, new operating models, etc.
• Act as Project Management Officer (PMO) for the SimplySeb project to support market simplification projects in France

Bring Your Skills

• You are pursuing a Bac+4/5 diploma from a business or engineering school
• Analytical and synthesis skills
• Real analytical, rigor, and synthesis qualities
• Proficiency in the Office Suite (especially Excel: databases, macros...) and the ability to learn new tools
• Initiative, team spirit, and good adaptability skills
• Professional English
