Squad Lead Support Pre-Trade FI/FX/Crédit (H/F)

The FI/FX/Credit Pre-Trade Support team you are joining has 35 members within the CIO CIB - Global Markets & Risks division. In this multidisciplinary team (composed of technical and functional profiles), spread between Paris and Porto, we work on managing market access platforms and automated trading solutions. We also provide business support for market access and pricing/algo applications for GM FI/FX/Credit. This team is divided into 5 squads, one integrating the technical parts and backend management, business support, and platform authorizations.

On a daily basis, as a FI/FX/Credit Pre-Trade Support Squad Lead, you will join the functional support squad and be responsible for:

• Organization, coordination, and management of team topics and projects
• Implementation and facilitation of an Agile approach adapted to the specifics of a team involved in both support and projects
• Implementation of an effective follow-the-sun with teams in New York and Asia
• Budgetary management and reporting
• Incident and problem management
• Assisting the team in framing topics
• Managing the relationship with business users (Front-Office FI/FX/Credit): service quality, communication, transparency, and expectation management
• Key point of contact between business, IT, and development teams: needs qualification, bug prioritization, commitment tracking, and resolution coordination, particularly for major incidents and cross-functional topics

The technical environment relies on market and IT production tools and technologies such as Refinitiv, Bloomberg, Linux, Windows, Python, ITRS Geneos, and ELK.

The position is based in Paris with 10 days of remote work per month, 15 to 17 days of RTT per year, and on-site services such as catering, a gym, or a corporate concierge. Our compensation includes a fixed salary, an annual bonus, and a company savings plan including profit-sharing, participation, and matching contributions.

PROFILE

Who are you? If you recognize yourself in the following description, you are made to work with us:

5 to 10 years of experience in Business Analyst and application support roles, including proven experience in leadership and team management in a critical environment.

You master:

• Agile methods and tools, applied to contexts combining operational support and management of complex topics
• Management of topics and initiatives in a project approach, with a strong sense of priorities and commitments
• Operational team management in a context of strong prioritization and CAPEX management
• Incident and problem management in a Front Office environment, including high business impact situations
• The functioning of financial markets, order routing systems, and market data platforms
• Anticipation and management of operational risks (costs, deadlines, impacts, dependencies)

You are:

• Comfortable in demanding international environments, with a strong team spirit and real openness
• Proactive, structured, and propose solutions, capable of taking initiatives and making decisions
• Recognized for your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders: development, infrastructure, production teams, publishers, and business users
• A natural leader, capable of uniting, engaging, and giving meaning to collective action
