Green-Got is a payment institution that offers:
- A payment account associated with a payment card for daily payments and receipts.
- A range of high-performance financial investments to invest in transition companies, life insurance, structured products, PER, Private Equity.

Your Missions
As a member of the Compliance team, you will be in direct contact with the Customer Care, Product, Tech, Data teams, our regulatory partners - and our members.

Beyond your core responsibilities, you are ready to mobilize for every new priority challenge - whether it's a strategic product launch, a regulatory emergency, or a peak in activity. Your Responsibilities:
Operations & Case Management (65%)
- Guarantor of the relationship entry: You are the final arbiter of KYC files. You analyze the consistency of flows and take responsibility for approving or rejecting member onboarding.
- Flow Control and Monitoring: You manage real-time transaction monitoring. You detect weak signals, qualify alerts, and decide on conservatory measures to be taken.
- TRACFIN Expertise: You draft and submit suspicious activity reports (SARs), a role of high responsibility where your analysis directly protects the institution.
- Management of Sensitive Relationships: You are a key contact for our members and partners on compliance issues. You maintain clear, educational, and firm communication.
- Risk and Complex Case Management: You manage the end-to-end follow-up of high-risk or sensitive cases. You ensure the quality of documentation: every action must be traced with great precision.
Continuous Improvement (25%)
- Optimization of the AML/CFT engine: You identify and remove friction points in KYC processes. You coordinate teams to implement improvements that balance operational fluidity and regulatory requirements.
- Regulatory Watch and Document Strategy: You are the guarantor of our regulatory integrity. You transform regulatory watch into concrete actions and maintain up-to-date internal documentation (procedures, matrices).
- Compliance Quality Assurance: You take charge of functional testing. You ensure that every evolution of the app, back-office, or monitoring is perfectly aligned with our control standards before going live.
Strategic Projects (10%)
- Mastery of the Regulatory Framework: You are the guarantor of our post-approval framework. You structure AML/CFT policies and intelligent monitoring to secure activity and demonstrate the robustness of our compliance to Management.
- AI & Automation: You drive the technological evolution of compliance. You identify and deploy tools (AI, SQL automation) to automate processes and eliminate low-value-added tasks.
- Culture of Initiative: You proactively identify blind spots in our system. You take the lead on cross-functional projects, mobilize resources, and guarantee the final result.

- Bac+3/5 Education in law, finance, audit, risk management, or a related field.
- First experience in compliance, KYC, AML, or in a regulated environment (bank, fintech, firm, ACPR).
- Comfortable with digital tools: proficiency or genuine interest in advanced Excel, SQL, BI tools, and AI solutions applied to compliance is a concrete advantage. Using Notion is a plus.
- Operational English (daily exchanges with the tech team, our partners, and documentation).

The Package
- CDI - Paris: 2-3 days office / week. Full remote possible under conditions (reserved for more senior profiles).
- Salary: 34-36K EUR depending on profile.
