Shadow & Prepare (40%)

You sit in every sales call, every demo, every closing meeting. But you don't just sit. You prep the CRO and GTM Lead before every call: prospect research, competitive intel, business case drafts, objection maps. After every call, you debrief. What worked. What didn't. What we do differently next time.

Hunt & Qualify (30%)

You research accounts, find the right people, write outreach that gets replies, and book meetings. Not from a bought list. From LinkedIn, events, Reddit, partner ecosystems, compliance conferences.

Growth Feedback Loop (30%)

You work daily with the Head of Growth. Which channels bring real leads, which bring noise. You test messaging, track attribution, flag what's working in the community. You're the bridge between what the market says and what the sales team needs. If an MQL is garbage, you say it. If a Skill demo is converting, you prove it.
