Responsibilities

You are in charge of the Financial Services business unit at Forest. You create it, you carry it, you close it.

You are at the center of a lean revenue organization. You work directly with the CRO, the Head of Marketing, the Head of Growth, senior freelancers on key verticals (technical partnerships, communities, branding, CRM), Account Managers, and support. This is the commercial engine of Forest's transformation.

You will capitalize on active partnerships (Sardine, ComplyAdvantage, n8n, Dust, Chainalysis) and connect the dots quickly.

The job is 100% commercial:

Lead generation & pipeline building (40%)

  • Generate qualified pipeline across financial services through targeted prospection, network, events, and partnerships.
  • Activate co-sell motions with key partners.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline at 3x your closing target.
  • Process and qualify inbound MQLs.

Closing & revenue (40%)

  • Full-cycle deal ownership. Run demos end-to-end: discovery, product demo, business case, negotiation, close. You don't hand off. You carry deals from first call to signature.

Market expansion & vertical opening (20%) (only once first validated)

  • Open InsurTech and InvestTech verticals. Build the talk tracks, demo environments, and sales playbooks for each. Master the product enough to discuss MCP with a CTO and ROI with a CFO.
