Job Responsibilities
As a Digital Analytics Consultant (H/F), you will join the consulting team and actively participate in the missions carried out by fifty-five for its clients. These missions cover data collection, website conversion optimization, and digital media mix performance optimization. Conversion is defined as the completion of a specific and measurable action.
In line with the client's project, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Promoting a new vision of digital marketing, focused on the user.
- Following an action plan with various milestones.
- Ensuring data accuracy.
- Guaranteeing the quality of deliverables sent to the client.
- Monitoring operational and technical implementation.
- Collaborating with the team to develop fifty-five's offering, both from a marketing, technical, and operational perspective.
- Addressing issues related to managing digital activity through key performance indicators.
- Guiding clients in optimizing website conversion through analysis and online media buying optimization.
- Analyzing data for the client, consistent with the business indicators specific to their industry (mobile telephony, mass retail, tourism, etc.).
Candidate Profile and Skills
- Graduated with a Master's degree (Bac +5) from a top engineering or business school, with prior experience in project management or digital marketing within a consulting firm (strategy, organization, IT, etc.), a Business Intelligence solution provider, or a media buying agency.
- Proficiency in major online acquisition channels: search engines (SEO, SEM, bid management tools), display, affiliate marketing, email marketing, social media, AdExchange, Internet & mobile applications, etc.
- Proficiency in major web analytics tools and a strong analytical mindset.
- Commercial acumen, excellent client relationship skills, and strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Motivated and energetic individual who thrives in a stimulating, high-growth environment.
- A strong interest in web and multimedia technologies will enable you to quickly integrate into our environment.
- Proactive work ethic with a developed team spirit for smooth integration into the team.
- Mandatory French proficiency (C2 level - read, spoken, and written) and fluent English (C1 level) required.

The Recruitment Process
- 30-minute call with our HR team (Fit & Motivation).
- 1st round of interviews: 3 x 30-minute one-on-one interviews with consultants.
- 2nd round of interviews:
- Case study preparation (at home).
- Case study presentation with 2 managers (15 minutes presentation + 30 minutes Q&A).
- Final interview with the Team's Managing Director (30 minutes).
