We're looking for a strategic and customer-focused Product Owner to drive product development and deliver value in a remote work environment. This role is ideal for someone who excels at translating business needs into actionable product requirements, prioritizing initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build impactful solutions.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs, market insights, and stakeholder feedback
- Manage and maintain the product backlog, ensuring user stories and acceptance criteria are clear and actionable
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams throughout the product development lifecycle
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and other Agile ceremonies
- Make informed prioritization decisions to maximize business value and customer impact
- Monitor product performance, user feedback, and key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support product launches and coordinate cross-functional go-to-market activities
- Ensure alignment between stakeholders and development teams throughout the delivery process
- Develop and maintain product documentation and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders
✅ Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or a related role
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum frameworks and product development processes
- Experience managing product backlogs, user stories, and requirements documentation
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset
- Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar product management platforms
- Ability to interpret data, user feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a technology-driven environment is an advantage
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Fluent in English; French language skills are highly desirable
- Based in France with legal authorization to work full-time
