Job Summary

We are looking for an Event & Sales Coordinator to join our Sales team in Paris. You elevate our client engagement through thoughtful daily communication, high‑quality events, and seamless operational support to strengthen our commercial effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Daily support for our Sales team across Europe

  • Prepare membership packages for new clients.
  • Review and send targeted customer communications using the CRM system.
  • Support the team in streamlining daily tasks and improving overall efficiency.
  • Manage clients' requests from events and the member info inbox
  • Send event invitations to clients and monitor registrations via event management and webinar platforms.
  • Manage sales-related budgets, tracking expenditures and optimizing resource allocation.

Support for external Sales events & stakeholders coordination

  • Assist in organizing and delivering customer events across Europe.
  • Ensure alignment with internal stakeholders and our event agency for seamless coordination.
  • Support the preparation and on-site management of Sales events.
  • Help plan, coordinate, and execute webinars for the Sales Team.
  • Maintain and strengthen the relationship with our mother company EEX, fostering clear communication and alignment to support shared objectives.

Support of the development of new communication and event hosting strategies for the Sales Team

  • Refine and improve email templates to ensure effective and consistent customer outreach.
  • Conduct testing for new client mailings and provide insights to improve performance and retention.
  • Collect and analyse the Sales team needs to enhance communication strategies.
  • Create KPI reports on events and communications to support sales planning and strategy.

Key Requirements

Technical skills

  • You are proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • You communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • You demonstrate strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
  • You have a basic understanding of CRM systems and customer data management tools.

Soft skills

  • You enjoy working collaboratively and contribute positively to team dynamics.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and build constructive relationships with ease.
  • You bring good analytical skills
  • You are proactive, resourceful, and eager to develop new skills.
  • You listen actively and can summarise information clearly and accurately.
  • You manage pressure well.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French is an advantage.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • You have a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
  • You have demonstrated experience in event organisation, marketing operations, or sales support, ideally within an international or fast‑paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital communication processes is valued.
