As part of our accelerated growth, DigDash is launching a new strategic product offering that will integrate with our existing ecosystem. This initiative is akin to a "startup" within DigDash!

Join Our Dedicated Squad as a BI & Data Project Manager

To support this challenge and lead this project, we are forming a dedicated squad and seeking a BI & Data Project Manager. Your role will be central to helping our clients leverage their data. You will be involved in the entire project lifecycle, from pre-sales and scoping to the technical implementation of the Data Stack. In direct collaboration with Alexandre, our Product Director, you will manage a variety of tasks:

Project Management & Scoping

• Needs Scoping: Lead workshops to gather business requirements and draft functional and technical specifications.
• Project Leadership: Manage projects end-to-end, including timelines, resources, risks, and budgets.
• Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams, business stakeholders, and partners.
• Change Management: Support and train end-users in adopting BI solutions.

Implementation & Technical Expertise (Data Stack)

• Data Integration: Design, develop, and maintain data feeds (ETL) using Apache Hop.
• BI Design: Develop, configure, and deploy dashboards and reports using DigDash Enterprise.
• Architecture: Contribute to the overall Data Stack architecture, ensuring best practices in data modeling and security.

Pre-Sales & Consulting

• Sales Support: Assist sales teams during prospect meetings as a technical/functional expert.
• Quotation: Evaluate technical feasibility, estimate effort, and contribute to proposal writing.
• Demonstration: Present the solution and create Proofs of Concept (POCs) to engage potential clients.

Your Profile

• Significant experience of at least 6 years in Data/BI project management and developing Business Intelligence and Data Visualization solutions.
• Good knowledge of Apache Hop or similar integration tools (e.g., Pentaho, Talend, SSIS).
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Excellent communication, natural leadership, and synthesis skills.

Bonus Points

• Previous experience or strong interest in pre-sales and consulting is a significant advantage.
