Job Description

1-year apprenticeship - Starting September 2026

The candidate must be currently enrolled in a Master's degree with an apprenticeship agreement from school (with at least one previous experience in HR, talent, recruitment, learning, or project management).

What you will do:

  • Career development: Support the rollout of career development programs and content; contribute to the design, communication, and implementation of initiatives that help Deezer employees grow and navigate their careers.
  • Performance management: Support the rollout and communication of performance review cycles, contribute to improving the process, and help employees and managers navigate it effectively.
  • Engagement surveys: Manage survey campaigns end-to-end: coordinate the launch, monitor participation, and analyze results to surface actionable insights.
  • DEI and Company Culture: Run DEI initiatives, facilitate our Employee Resource Groups, and help embed our core values in day-to-day behaviors.
  • Talent systems: Handle tool and user management across HR processes, keep content up-to-date, and translate data insights into concrete recommendations.
  • Content and communications: Draft communications, campaigns, and presentations for various audiences (annual engagement campaign, quarterly DEI newsletter, new HR tool training...).
  • Internal events: Coordinate talent-related events from A to Z: scoping, planning, logistics, communications, facilitation, and post-event follow-up.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

Required:

  • Proven ability to manage projects autonomously with an analytical mindset: you've planned, coordinated, and delivered tasks involving multiple stakeholders.
  • People-oriented and a strong communicator: naturally approachable and comfortable connecting with a wide range of personalities; confident writing structured documents, drafting communications, and building presentations from scratch in English (French is a big plus).
  • Genuine knowledge and interest in DEI topics (unconscious bias, psychological safety, inclusive practices); experience facilitating workshops or group discussions is a plus.
  • Genuine knowledge and interest in talent development topics (people engagement, performance, internal mobility, career development...), with the ability to autonomously deep dive into any of them and bring the right questions to the table.
  • Digitally fluent: you pick up new platforms quickly and are comfortable with tools such as HRIS systems, engagement survey platforms, and collaborative suites.
  • Rigorous, adaptable, and detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture, with a collaborative mindset and the curiosity to continuously learn and improve.

What can it bring for you:

  • A supportive team that challenges and inspires you through meaningful stretch tasks.
  • Full project ownership to build real autonomy and confidence.
  • Hands-on experience driving initiatives from concept to delivery.
  • Development of public speaking, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills.
  • Access to career development workshops to help drive your path forward.

At Deezer, diversity drives innovation. Whatever makes you uniquely you, your experiences, your way of thinking, your journey, might be exactly what we need. If this role speaks to you and aligns with your interests and capabilities, even if you don't meet 100% of the qualifications listed, please give it a try and tell us more! #BeYou
