Deezer, a leading global music streaming platform, is seeking an intern for a 6-month position starting in July 2026. This role is crucial for developing our employer brand among students and educational institutions, and for building a diverse talent pipeline. You will join the Talent Acquisition team, collaborating with the Talent Acquisition Partner, Head of Talent, and Hiring Managers to manage our intern and apprentice recruitment campaigns (approximately 80 per year) and to foster relationships with schools, enhancing our employer attractiveness.

What you will do:

  • Structure and manage the complete recruitment cycle for interns and apprentices in business and tech functions, ensuring an excellent candidate experience. This includes managing recruitment campaigns, conducting interviews, debriefing, extending offers, coordinating with the HR Operations team for administrative processes, and reporting.
  • Contribute to defining our Campus Management Strategy and actively implement it. This involves maintaining school partnerships, participating in school forums or student events, and proposing initiatives to increase Deezer's visibility on campus.
  • Engage and animate the internal community of interns and apprentices at Deezer.
  • Support the Competencies framework project and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, including follow-up actions.
  • Develop new employer branding initiatives by leveraging our communities and talent pools.
  • Provide ad hoc support for other talent team projects or the organization of talent events.

Qualifications:

This role is ideal for an individual with:

  • A Master's degree in HR or Business.
  • Fluency in French and English (Portuguese is a plus).
  • Strong active listening skills, curiosity, and the ability to think creatively.
  • A collaborative spirit, self-starter mentality, and strong organizational skills.
  • A keen interest in all aspects of talent development and acquisition.
  • Comfort with project management processes and methodologies.
