AI Engineer (All Genders)

About the Role

At Dailymotion, we're building the next generation of AI-powered products, from an intelligent, agentic advertising platform to automated creative optimization and beyond. We are looking for an AI Engineer to lead the design and delivery of production-grade AI capabilities that drive measurable impact across our products and business. You'll work at the intersection of LLM application engineering, scalable backend services, and product execution, collaborating closely with Product, Data, and Engineering teams. Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and evolution of AI-powered features and platform capabilities from concept to production.
• Design, ship, and operate production-grade agentic systems to tackle complex video platform challenges.
• Architect and maintain APIs, data contracts, and shared libraries to ensure AI capabilities are reusable across teams.
• Define and track critical metrics: task success rate, helpfulness, hallucination proxies, safety flags, latency, and cost.
• Own end-to-end quality: offline evaluation, online experiments, monitoring, and iterative improvements on accuracy and performance.
• Establish and enforce best practices for AI engineering: prompt/config versioning, reproducibility, testing strategies, and safe handling of sensitive data.
• Mentor mid-level and junior engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Security, and ML stakeholders to define outcomes and ensure safe deployment.
