Tasks
- Own the end-to-end design and delivery of high-impact projects (Branding, Web Design, Product Design, Ad Creatives).
- Manage a portfolio of 3-5 international clients with total autonomy, targeting a client satisfaction score above 90%.
- Deliver 98%+ of all tasks within our promised fast-paced deadlines (48-72h).
- Connect and justify every single design decision to a measurable business outcome for the client (conversion, clicks, retention).
- Act as a strategic partner to our clients, not just an executor.
Requirements
- Non-negotiable Figma Mastery: You build and use complex Design Systems effortlessly. Auto-layout is your native language. Your files are models of clarity and efficiency.
- A Business-Oriented Portfolio: Your portfolio is a collection of case studies: "Business Problem → Design Solution → Quantified Results." If you don't have metrics, this isn't the senior role for you.
- Radical Ownership: You don't "do tasks"; you run projects. You see an ambiguous brief as an opportunity to lead, not a reason to wait.
- Proven Velocity: You have a system to get from a brief to a high-quality V1 in hours, not days.
- Strategic AI Workflow: You use AI tools (Midjourney, etc.) as a core part of your workflow to boost creativity and productivity, not as a gimmick.
- Influential Communication in English: You can articulate and defend your design decisions with conviction and clarity, always tying them back to client goals.

While we are open to outstanding talent from any country, we are primarily sourcing in these strategic locations due to their strong design communities, excellent English proficiency, and proven experience with international clients:

Flawless English (both written and spoken) and proven experience managing EU or Anglo-Saxon clients are mandatory. The most important factors are your design skill, your business-first thinking, and your ability to lead projects for demanding international clients.
