Project Manager - Infrastructure & Cyber Vulnerabilities H/F

Your Mission

Are you passionate about managing critical infrastructure and cybersecurity? This position is for you.

As an Infrastructure Project Manager, you are responsible for overseeing obsolescence projects and vulnerability management within our international ecosystem:

Build Side:

• Lead projects for upgrading and replacing middleware components, systems, and infrastructure that are nearing end-of-life.
• Define and implement the technical obsolescence remediation roadmap.
• Design action plans to correct identified system vulnerabilities (patching, hardening).
• Coordinate non-regression testing and validation of fixes in a pre-production environment.
• Participate in the technical evaluation of new middleware and system versions before deployment.

Run Side:

• Ensure daily monitoring of security patches (patching) across the entire infrastructure scope.
• Supervise cyber vulnerability management (analysis, prioritization, remediation plan).
• Lead internal project steering committees and those with technical teams (in English).
• Draft and maintain performance and compliance indicators (KPIs, cyber reporting).
• Guarantee technical documentation and procedures related to vulnerability and obsolescence management.

Your Background

You have at least 8 years of experience in demanding production infrastructure environments, with a strong middleware and systems component. You enjoy managing high-stakes technical projects related to security without ceasing to innovate. You are looking for an environment where your ideas matter and where technology goes hand in hand with collaboration.

Your Expertise:

• Proficiency in systems (Windows/Linux) and middleware (WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat, etc.) environments.
• Expertise in infrastructure obsolescence management and patching strategy.
• Solid knowledge of cyber vulnerabilities (analysis, CVSS scoring, patches).
• Experience with project tracking tools (Jira, MS Project, etc.).
• Fluent English is mandatory (spoken - leading technical meetings and international projects).

• Excellent communication skills (internal, external, reporting to management).
