We are passionate about social ads on Meta/TikTok, with a mission to skyrocket our clients' ad campaigns (Sephora, Rare Beauty, Legal Place, Wecasa, IAD, Bitstack,...).

Your Missions 🫵
As a freelance video editor specializing in AI content, you will be responsible for producing innovative, scalable, and high-performing creatives using artificial intelligence.
Your missions will include:
- AI UGC Video Creation: Produce hyper-realistic content that mimics genuine UGC (b-roll, face-cam, etc.) generated by AI. The goal is for the human eye to be unable to distinguish your AI content from real UGC.
- Non-Realistic AI Content / Fictional Character Creation: Create videos featuring avatars, animated characters, or entirely generated universes (storytelling, ad concepts, strong visual hooks). Your creativity is key here.
- AI Editing & Integration: Assemble, edit, and enhance content generated by AI tools (video, voice, image). You know how to combine multiple tools for a fluid and engaging final output.
- Iteration & Testing: Rapidly create multiple variations of the same concept to test different angles, hooks, visuals, or formats. For us, speed of execution equals competitive advantage.
- Collaboration with the Creative Team: Work closely with Creative Strategists and copywriters to bring concepts and scripts to life. You don't just edit in isolation; you contribute to overall performance.
Your Skills 🕵️
- Experience in video editing using AI tools (Nano Banana, VEO, Sora, Kling, Freepik,...).
- Mastery of social ad codes (TikTok / Meta).
- Excellent understanding of rhythm, storytelling, and retention.
- Strong marketing sensibility (you understand what sells, not just what looks good).
- Creativity, autonomy, speed of execution, and attention to detail.

Compensation:
- Initially per video, based on your rates.
- Potential to transition to a fixed salary.
