Are you energized by client interaction, solution design, and bringing meaningful projects to life? Do you enjoy being at the crossroads of sales, consulting, and project coordination?
As our next Sales Project Executive, you'll play a key role in helping organizations grow through high-impact training solutions. Working closely with your Key Account Manager, you'll advise clients, design tailored proposals, and ensure smooth, efficient project delivery from start to finish.
🎯 What You'll Do (Tasks)
- Advise & Inspire Clients: Understand client needs and help translate them into impactful training solutions. Act as a trusted partner throughout the entire journey.
- Craft Tailored Commercial Proposals: Build relevant, well-designed offers. Manage and nurture your sales pipeline with support from your KAM partner. Keep everything clean and clear in the CRM.
- Be the Client's Go-To Person: Maintain regular and proactive communication (updates, follow-ups, milestones...). Manage adjustments, special requests, and unexpected challenges with agility and a smile.
- Coordinate High-Impact Projects (when applicable): Launch and follow up on intercultural or specific training projects once the deal is signed. Collaborate daily with internal experts (academic teams, trainers, sales admin, KAM,...) to ensure flawless delivery.
- Boost Performance & Continuous Improvement: Contribute to reporting and performance tracking. Suggest improvements to make our processes and client experience even better.
- Grow & Retain Our Client Portfolio: Help create lasting partnerships by contributing to client satisfaction and loyalty.
Profil : Who are you?
Your Background
- 1 to 5 years experience in sales support, account management, customer success, or project coordination.
- Experience in training, education, HR services, consulting or B2B services is a real plus.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and managing a pipeline.
Your Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical skills to qualify needs and craft solutions.
- Great organization and multitasking capacity.
- Proactive, resourceful, and solution-driven.
- Effective at working with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- French, English working language ability.
