Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in French via phone, email, and chat
• Handle product, service, and order-related inquiries
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Meet KPIs and service quality standards

Candidate Profile

• French: Native level
• English: B2 or higher
• EU work permit required (no visa/sponsorship provided)
• Willingness to relocate to Greece

Salary & Benefits

• €1,045 gross/month x14 salaries
• Performance bonus
