Job Description

Editage, the flagship brand of CACTUS, is building a global pool of Freelance Transcribers for general transcription work. We are currently welcoming transcribers to join our platform and complete flexible, task-based work remotely.

++Hands-on experience with audio transcription (including formatting, timestamps, or verbatim style) is strongly preferred. Please highlight any relevant transcription work, tools used, or sample projects in your resume, as candidates with resumes containing these details will be prioritized for this project.++

Job Responsibilities

• Transcribe audio/video files with high accuracy
• Follow transcription guidelines (verbatim/clean verbatim, timestamps, speaker labels)
• Meet agreed deadlines and maintain strict confidentiality

Qualifications and Prerequisites

• Prior transcription experience
• Excellent listening and language skills
• Familiarity with transcription tools/software
• Ability to handle common audio/video formats
• Reliable internet, computer, and headphones
